Return Window

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, opened or used chemical products cannot be returned or refunded. This includes any product where the seal has been broken or the contents have been used. This restriction is in place to comply with safety and handling requirements for chemical goods.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
